Returns & Exchanges
At 12th Tribe, we want you to love your look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Refund Type
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an even exchange for a different size, or instant store credit.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
